How do I access my enrolled courses?
Log in and open My Courses from the account dropdown. You will see your enrolled courses, progress, next lesson, and available course exams.
Where do I find exams?
Course exams appear inside My Courses for enrolled learners. Standalone exams appear in My Exams when they are assigned or accessed through a standalone link.
How are certificates issued?
Certificates may be issued automatically or after review depending on course, exam, vendor, and certificate-template settings. Public verification pages allow certificate authenticity checks.
Who can help with billing or access issues?
Contact support with your account email, payment reference if available, and the course, exam, or subscription involved.
