Build a Complete Course with Cognaroot AI in Three Steps

Follow a step-by-step walkthrough to generate modules, map lessons, and publish a content-rich course using Cognaroot's AI Course Builder. Learn how to set parameters, refine structure, and finalize your course.

Start a New Course

Open the Course Builder from your CRM

Locate the Course Builder

From your CRM dashboard, use the sidebar navigation to open Course List and click Create Course. The platform launches a structured, three-step creation experience to guide you through building your course.

Set Up with AI

Trigger AI and enter your course brief

Generate with AI

In the Course Setup step, click Generate with AI to open the guided creation window. Provide a concise brief describing the topic, target duration, module count, and difficulty level.

You can also upload reference files to ground the AI in your existing material. When ready, click Generate Modules to begin.

Let the AI build a curriculum framework

Accept or refine the generated framework

The system processes your brief and produces an initial curriculum framework. Review the proposed modules and use this stage to shape the overall structure before drilling down into lessons.

On the module step you can add new modules, edit titles, change target lesson counts, delete modules, or drag and drop to reorder. When the layout matches your plan, click Generate Lessons.

Review and customize lessons

The AI maps individual topics into lessons for each confirmed module. You retain full control: add custom lessons, remove suggestions, edit titles, or move lessons between modules to refine the learning path.

Compile and Edit Content

Generate the full course and open the canvas

Compile your content

Click Generate Course to assemble the deep content assets. Monitor live progress and, after completion, select Open Course Builder to load the materials onto a visual canvas.

From the canvas you can refine text, add modules, or inject interactive slides to shape the learner experience.

Customize, Finalize, and Publish

Finalize and go live

Inside individual sections you can trigger AI to generate slide content on the fly. Use the Edit Setup panel to change the course title, public description, select categories, or have the AI create a cover image.

When you're satisfied with the details, click Publish Course to make your curriculum available to learners.
