Intro and where to begin in the dashboard

Open the Course List

From your CRM dashboard, use the sidebar to open Course List. This is your starting point for creating a new course. Think of this as the central directory for all your offerings.

As a first-time vendor, keep your course idea simple—you can expand content later. Click Create Course to proceed.

Start a New Course and Open the AI Builder

Choose the AI generation flow

Launch the three-step course builder

In the course directory click Create Course to open the three-step builder. To harness automation, click Generate with AI.

The AI flow opens a guided modal that walks you through configuration—perfect for vendors who prefer a structured setup.

Complete the AI brief to configure generation

Fill the brief

Describe your course topic, set the total duration, choose the number of modules, and select the learner level. You can also upload reference documents to give the AI context.

When ready, click Generate Modules and wait while the platform creates an initial module outline.

Refine Modules and Create Lessons

Edit and organize generated modules

Review modules

After modules are generated, edit titles, add new modules, delete ones you don't need, and drag to reorder. This gives you full control over the course structure before lessons are created.

When the module hierarchy looks right, click Generate Lessons.

Refine Modules and Create Lessons

Arrange lessons and prepare for content generation

Finalize the lesson outline

Once lessons are generated, review the outline and move lessons between modules as needed. You can add custom lessons or remove AI suggestions to match your teaching plan.

When satisfied, initiate Generate Content to create full lesson materials.

Generate Content and Insert into the Builder

Track content generation and review output

Wait for the AI to build content

The content generation step can take a few moments. You'll see real-time progress as the system creates lesson scripts, materials, and any attached resources.

After generation completes, move to the review step to inspect the results before inserting them into your course canvas.

Generate Content and Insert into the Builder

Insert generated materials into your main canvas

Insert into Builder

If the review looks good, click Insert into Builder. This injects all AI-generated modules, lessons, and content into the main course editor, where you can continue to edit, expand, and polish materials.

Consider this a draft you fully control—tweak language, add examples, and attach resources before publishing.

Configure Course Settings and Access

Edit course setup and presentation

Customize course metadata and cover

In the Course Setup step click Edit Setup to open the Settings panel. Update the course title, short description, language, course type, level, and category to match your audience.

Upload or change the cover image so the course aligns with your branding.

Configure Course Settings and Access

Set visibility: public or private

Choose Public or Private

Public makes your course discoverable by all platform users. Private lets you control exactly who can access the course via a unified URL or individualized links.

For private courses, you can enable password protection or issue unique links to specific learners for targeted distribution.

Configure Course Settings and Access

Manage individual access links and gateway form

Generate and control individual links

Click Setup Individual Links to open the link manager. Create a new record, enter learner details, then copy the unique link and credentials to share.

  • Edit, deactivate, or delete records to revoke access instantly.
  • Customize the access gateway form with extra fields and mark them optional or required to collect learner info before entry.

When finished, collapse the panel—your course is ready for the next steps.
